Each generation has strengths and capacities in which they naturally excel. For Millennials, they are known as The Cheerful Achiever, and life is stepped progress … incremental yet specific (and preferably guaranteed) movement forward.

Pressured from their early years to achieve, this generation accepts the challenge and responds with aplomb, expecting (and receiving) vastly greater support than any other generation has received or will receive as it enters the workforce. It’s all good.

Millennials are born 1982-2004 in the US and Canada and are known as the Hero archetype. (Society always wants its heroes to be ready to step forward when they are needed and so supporting Millennials’ collective, can-do capacity actually helps us all.)
